How To Get Items From Our Webshop:

1. Firstly, make sure your vault is empty before making any purchases.
2. Make sure you are offline from game before purchasing items.
3. You can purchase more than one item at the same time provided your vault is completely empty. This is to accomodate any purchases you acquire and also avoid unnecessary problems.
4. Always check and re-check the items you are buying and review the options you have checked to make sure you get what you are being charged for in credits.
5. Always follow these instructions in order to have a successful purchase. Failure to clearly follow these guidelines will result in problem purchases.

Note: In case of problem purchases, it will take time to check and verify these so please make sure to
      follow this guide.

When Getting Items:

1. Choose the category of the item you want to buy. If you are not familiar with the item's class specification, use Class Filter to select the item class.
2. Click on the item name you want and it will take you to a page where you can customize the item.
3. Customize the item you want by checking the level and the options you want.
4. Make sure to review all the options you have checked before clicking on the 'Buy Item' button.
5. When purchase is successful, you will be charged in credits according to the price of the customized item and it will be added to your vault.
